Upload several clear, well-lit photos showing your pet from the front, side, and full body. Include close-ups of distinctive markings, facial features, collars, or other details you would like us to capture.
How Long Does It Take?
Our standard creation time is approximately three weeks. Rush service may be available for an additional fee. Shipping time is not included, and revision requests may extend the completion date.
Can I Request Changes?
Yes. We’ll send you photos of the finished piece for approval before shipping and continue refining it until you’re satisfied. Adjustments must remain consistent with the original photos and order details, and each revision may extend the production time.
Can You Create a Pet Who Has Passed Away?
Absolutely. Many customers choose our keepsakes to remember a beloved pet who has passed away. Send us the best photos you have, and we’ll carefully recreate the details that made them unique.
How Closely Will It Resemble My Pet?
Every piece is sculpted and painted entirely by hand. We carefully study your photos to capture your pet’s distinctive markings, body shape, expression, and personality as closely as possible. Because it is handmade, each piece is a unique artistic recreation rather than an exact manufactured replica.
